Hi everyone! I just thought I'd update my journal with something a little more recent...

With in the last few weeks I was asked to put in a few things into an Art Auction and Silent Auction for two different Fundraisers. One was for a group that raises money to build playgrounds for Orphanages in underdeveloped countries. This is just a small group and they don't raise a huge amount of money, but it doesn't cost much to build in these other countries. The other auction was a fundraiser to send some college students (from the Christian College I went to last year) on a mission trip. Anyway, here's what my stuff sold for. These were just prints too!

Two Hearts, One Home Art Auction:
18th Portrait ([link]): $100.00
21st Portrait ([link]): $30.00
Lighthouse ([link]): $30.00
Total: $160.00

MCC Mission Trip Fundraiser:
18th Portrait ([link]): $85.00
Tree w/Scripture ([link]): $55.00
Lighthouse ([link]): $30.00
+Additional 18th Portrait: $50.00 (someone said they would give them another $50 for a print)
Total: $220.00

Overall Total: $360.00
This is the first time I've done this and I have to say I was extremely pleased with the results! I only gave the prints of my works and they sold for that much and there wasn't a huge amount of people there for both either. Now if I only I started to sell stuff like this for myself to make some money... *sigh*
